1. Remove the self-adhering mask from its protective film.

2. Apply to clean skin, contouring along the neck, décolleté, or targeted body areas.

3. Leave on for 20–30 minutes; for extended benefit, wear up to 2 hours.

4. If the mask begins to dry from skin warmth, lightly rehydrate by misting or splashing with water before removal.
